Advocates are critical partners comprised of Dental Societies and Associations that are committed to supporting RMBF’s Medical Emergency Preparedness mission. Advocates promote RMBF by showing the PSA at their main (e.g. annual) meeting(s). Under certain circumstances, RMBF may award Advocate standing to groups they determine have contributed in a manner of similar weight to showing the PSA (e.g. Chicago Dental Society and Virginia Dental Association). Advocates are afforded the selection of a charity to receive an AED from RMBF as part of out 5,000 in 5 Campaign. Preference goes to charities that specifically address pediatric dental health needs. As stated, Advocates are the foundation of our future as they are the avenues for spreading awareness throughout the dental community.
